FAQ

Pet Chunk is a virtual pet simulator-slash-contest created by ChipsMore. Just like actual pets, you can feed, shower, style and play with your Pet Chunk, and you can also win prizes by staying on top of the leaderboard!

Just sign up with your details and start rearing your Pet Chunk! New users get a Welcome Card on all the things you can do with your Pet Chunk—feed, shower, style and even play with!

Keep your Pet Chunk alive and happy, get more points and stay on top of the leaderboard to win up to RM100,000 in prizes at the end of the contest!

Stay on top of the Leaderboard until the Contest end.

When you run out of resources, just purchase a minimum RM5.00 of any ChipsMore products in a single receipt/digital invoice and upload it here to get a random number of resources for your Pet Chunk. Every action awards you points to climb up the leaderboard.

A valid receipt must have the following criteria:

  1. Store name and/or logo printed on the receipt
  2. Printed receipt date is within the stated Contest Period (1 February 2025 - 31 March 2025)
  3. ChipsMore products purchased, and purchase value stated clearly.
  4. Clear photo of full original receipt. Photocopies are not accepted.
  5. Receipts are printed officially from participating stores. No hand-written receipts are accepted.
  6. Invoice number

A valid invoice from an online purchase must have the following criteria:

  • ORDER SN number must be visible
  • Invoice document or screenshot of the invoice date is within the stated Contest Period (1 February 2025 - 31 March 2025)
  • Clear photo of original invoice generated from e-commerce sites (Shopee, Lazada)
  • Invoice number

You can upload your receipts as many times as you wish during the contest duration to obtain game cards.

The contest will run for approximately 8 weeks beginning from 1st of February – 31st March of 2025*.

*Latest submission of entry will be by 8:00 PM on 31st March 2025. Any submissions received after 31st March 2025 will not be accepted or entertained. However, all receipts dated must be within the contest duration.

To win the Grand Prizes, First Prizes, Second Prizes and Consolation Prizes, stay on top of the leaderboard up until the end of the contest.

Weekly Prizes are awarded randomly, with a frequency of once every week.

This contest is open to all Malaysians aged 18 years and above as of the start of the Contest Date, 1 February 2025.
